Snowman - "So I began rappin at an early age (12 or 13, i think...). I'd sit with my radio on and record onto cassette tapes mainstream rap songs...but only record the instrumental sections (pushing pause when the vocals would come in...and then unpause for the breaks). I'd listen back to the tapes and write to them for hours. I made my first public appearance in 2004 rapping at local bar for their open mic night. A year later in 2005 I met some kids at university and we formed a new group. Around that time I really got excited about producing, as well. In 06 we cut a really long album. Played shows. And danced a really crazy dance. In mid 07 we broke up. Soon there after, I released a colab album with ex-crew mate Leonoard, called "Indie Hip Hop." Together, we played a TON of shows in 2007. Then I took a much needed break. Now it's the summer of 2008 and i'm back! Lately, I've been keeping busy writing and recording as well as working on promotions.
